Dermatology Clinical Forum

Dermatology Clinical Forum

Posted on behalf of East Surrey CCG, Crawley / Horsham and Mid Sussex CCGs and High Weald, Lewes, Havens CCG as part of The Commissioning Alliance.

More information

NHS health commissioners are reviewing local Dermatology services to understand how services can continue to be delivered and improved over the next five years. We will shortly be embarking on a procurement process for a new integrated service that includes all dermatology including the cancer pathways. The work forms a joint commissioning programme across East Surrey Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), Crawley / Horsham and Mid Sussex CCGs and High Weald, Lewes, Havens CCG.

As such we would like to engage with clinical colleagues and dermatology departmental managers to inform the development of the clinical model, the patient pathways and the service specification. The event will focus on where we are currently, where we would like to get to, what elements of the current service we need to preserve and key issues and risks that we need to consider and mitigate.

 Who should attend?

We are planning for a maximum of four representatives from each organisation (including consultants, nurse specialists, department managers, clinical or managerial leads).
