Fitness Festival At Tulleys

Fitness Festival At Tulleys

Posted on behalf of Ben Hulme Fitness

It all started with a fitness boot camp at Tulleys Farm

Now we are doing 'Fitness Festivals' this summer.

Join us at Tulleys Farm for a celebration of health and fitness this summer.

  • Hosted by Ben Hulme Fitness who currently run the popular 'Boot Camps At Tulleys'

  • This is an event with a difference. Imagine a fun morning of music, fitness and food in the glorious Sussex countryside. A fun time for your family, where you can not only enjoy Tulleys Farm but workout and spend time with your family and friends.

  • 4 hours of health and fitness in one place, work out with like minded individuals, drop in on individual classes, discover local businesses in the health and fitness space and enjoy lunch in a beautiful setting.

  • The main stage with 4 x 40 mins workouts including group Zumba and HIIT training

  • Pop up shops selling health related merchandise, clothing, condiments and much more

  • Other sections offering different types of fitness classes

  • This event creates a unique opportunity for families to spend time together on a Sunday morning and workout whilst still entertaining the children.

  • Under 15's are free but must be accompanied by an adult who is not training at all times. There will be activities and entertainment for your children to be involved with.

  • We are creating something very special this summer at Tulleys Farm. Something that's different and brings like-minded people together.

So please join us, spread the word and help us to make this an unmissable event.

We currently have 5 dates in the diary this summer with the plan to add more so let's make this amazing and create something very special for West Sussex.

Looking forward to seeng you there.

Are children allowed?

Yes but all children must be accompanied by an adult who is not training but has paid to be at the fitness festival itself. This means you can swap the children between parents, so, while one parent is exercising the other is with the children and vice versa. This is a fun morning for the children too and there will be activities for the children to enjoy.

Will I need to fill out a health form?

Yes, we ask everyone on arrival to complete a PAR-Q form to be sure that you are ready to exercise. This is for insurance and health and safety reasons. You can see the PAR-Q form here

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Any age is welcome to the event. But only those over 15 can participate in the exercise elements due to insurance reasons.

Will there be alcohol?

NO. Anyone seen to be consuming or selling alcohol at the event will be asked to leave with no compensation.  This is a health and fitness festival and not a 'normal' festival.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Most people will arrive by car and there will be plenty of parking available at Tulleys Farm itself.

If you are travelling by train you can head to Three Bridges Station or Gatwick and then get a taxi to Tulleys Farm itself.

What can I bring into the event?

Please wear active wear suitable to work out in. Water and anything else you need for exercising. You are welcome to bring children but they must be accompanied by an paying adult who isn't exercising while they are with the children.

How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

You may email with any questions you may have.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes please bring your ticket to the event or a copy of it on your smart phone.
